About me
Hi, I’m Machandel (pronounced Ma-han-del). Up until a couple years ago, anxiety was a huge part of my everyday life. I had panic attacks, constant tightness in my chest, a racing mind, intrusive thoughts, I could barely eat or sleep, and the list goes on. Before healing my nervous system, I didn't know life could be easy to enjoy. I constantly felt trapped, nervous and on edge.
